Anyone interested in being a volunteer in the classroom, on campus, or during off-campus field trips is required to complete and submit a "Volunteer Application Form 9212" along with current photo identification to the school office prior to providing service.  This form must be completed and approved each school year and be received a minimum of 3 school days prior to service to allow time for processing.

Once your application has been approved, all volunteers and visitors must first check in with the office before each visit to obtain a proper school identification badge to wear at all times while on campus.
